The cake and pastry shop's Chef/Owner is Diane Patosky. After graduating from a culinary school in Michigan and years in the restaurant industry, she moved south and opened Elite Treats with her Family. Over the years she has employed many up and coming talented people that have gone on to be successful in their own ventures. Elite Treats believes using the best and freshest ingredients make their cakes, pastries and candies the best around.
